The staff is unbelievably amazing… Tim took great care of us! The hotel is located in the Pearl District, which is near a lot of great shopping and restaurants! It’s clean, the rooms are spacious and in a great location with friendly accommodating staff but it’s nothing extravagant! Except they have a great wine service and a bottle of wine with the room depend depending on which room you book

What’ a great find this was. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. The decor is chic. The bedding is luxurious. Very centrally located. You can’t go wrong with staying at The Nines.

The room was very clean, but I did have to ask to get some new towels twice before they were brought to the room. According to the room note, I was under the impression they would be replaced, but they weren't before I asked.

The staff was very kind and attentive. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Shower was nice, water pressure was not very strong but for an older hotel that makes sense. Overall a great stay and I would stay here again!
